Each project is evaluated and continuously monitored to ensure safety, profitability, and quality. Our use of the cutting-edge Concord System helps keep projects on budget and on schedule.
Labor & Hiring
We are an open merit shop and have no affiliations with trade unions or labor contracts.
Critical Path Method of Scheduling
The Critical Path Method of Scheduling is typically used on projects valued at $10,000 or more. It is also used on smaller projects when the equipment we are working on is critical to the customer's process.
Housekeeping
All work areas are kept clean and orderly on a daily basis. All Coating Systems projects are not considered complete until the area has been cleaned and inspected by the job site superintendent.
Normal Method of Scheduling
We use the Concord System, a software program specifically designed to accurately assess job costing, estimating, and budgeting while providing our clients with weekly cost updates.

Subcontractor Information
Ninety-five to one hundred percent of our projects are completed by our staff. However, we utilize a vacuum cleaning company when waste abrasive must be vacuumed from tank interiors.
